RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy for M3 LED
Effective Date: January 2025
At M3 LED, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized LED strips or any personalized products
• Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Sales@m3-led.co.uk or call 0141 459 1215 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
3. Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any specific instructions for sending the product back.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost. To process a claim, you must provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the damaged or defective product
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
6. Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged.
• If you wish to exchange a non-defective product for a different model or version, you must first return the original product (subject to our standard return conditions) and then place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

8. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
