• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee that the product is available or that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

6. Returns and Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Customized products or special orders are non-refundable.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@m3-led.co.uk. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product.
7. Warranty
• Our LED strips come with a 5-7 warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
• To make a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@m3-led.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the design, content, and products on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by M3 LED.
